How do I set up the Care Circle watch for the first time?
Charge the watch fully, then open the Care Circle app and create an account. Use the email address you used when buying the watch. After creating an account, log in with your credentials and you should see the watch in the 'paired watches' section on the Settings tab.
How do I invite a family member to my Care Circle?
Go to Settings > your name > Invite member in the app. Enter their email address and they will receive a link to join within minutes.
What happens when the SOS button is pressed?
Every member of the Care Circle receives an instant notification including the wearer's live location. Each watch has 3 phone numbers pre-configured for emergency contacts. These numbers will be called by the watch one by one until someone picks up.
How long does the watch battery last?
With typical use the watch runs for up to 2 days on a single charge. Battery life varies based on 4G network coverage and usage patterns.
Is my health data private and secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Only the people you invite to your Care Circle can view health and location information. We never sell personal data to third parties.
